Delivery is handled by state-licensed partners, so the area we cover depends on your exact address. Enter your address at checkout (or from the menu) and we’ll instantly show whether you’re in range, your local menu, and live pricing. If you’re just outside our current zone, you can leave your address and we’ll let you know the moment we expand to you.
Most in-area orders arrive the same day, typically within a couple of hours of approval. Once your order is confirmed you’ll get a live tracker with an estimated arrival window so you always know where your order is.
Yes. Because cannabis delivery is age-restricted, the person who placed the order must be present, 21 or older, and able to show a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the order. We cannot leave orders unattended, with a neighbor, or at a front desk.
You pay on delivery, not online. When you check out you simply choose your intended payment method — nothing is charged up front. Your driver collects payment at the door when your order arrives and ID is verified.
Accepted tender is set by the licensed partner fulfilling your order and is shown at checkout — commonly cash and debit. Have your chosen method ready for the driver. Taxes (state excise, local cannabis tax, and sales tax where applicable) are calculated and shown in full before you place your order, so the total at the door is exactly what you saw.
Some areas have a minimum order subtotal for delivery. If one applies, it’s shown on your cart and at checkout, and you won’t be able to place the order until you reach it. Delivery fees and taxes, when they apply, are always itemized on your receipt.
You must be 21 or older to shop. We confirm age twice: once with an age gate when you first visit the store, and again in person at delivery, when the driver checks a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. The name on the ID must match the order. No valid ID, no delivery — and we cannot refund an order refused for failed age verification.
Yes. If you hold a valid, unexpired CDPH Medical Marijuana Identification Card and your order is delivered by a medical-licensed partner, qualifying orders are exempt from sales tax (state excise and local cannabis taxes still apply). Have your MMIC and matching ID ready at the door.
You can browse and check out as a guest — no password required. Creating an account just makes reorders faster by saving your address and order history. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email or phone, so there’s no password to remember.
After you place an order you’ll get a link to a live order tracker showing each step — received, approved, out for delivery, and delivered — along with your estimated arrival window and a full receipt. If you created an account, every order is saved under your profile so you can pull it up anytime.
